Separate zone
Draw imagery lines in the room to separate the place for each kid. For example you may place a desk in mid to give a view of division.

Shared spaces
It is hard to allocate shared space to kids but you can do so on study desk by placing multiple chairs according to the number of kids.

Bunk beds
Use bunk beds because it saves the space and are effective because kids do not get disturbed or awake due to each other. Every kid will have a separate sleeping area.
